We are not responsible for user-generated content but reserve the right to remove, edit, or suspend accounts for violations. You agree to waive any claims related to such content removal. We will cooperate with authorities as required.

All content, logos, source code, images, and materials on BizNova are owned by us or our licensors. You may only use content with written permission. Except for a personal copy, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our or the content owner's consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising will be resolved at the competent courts in Vietnam.
